RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We will assess the situation and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Return Policy: We are committed to providing a positive shopping experience. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return items within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Return Process: To return a product, contact our customer service team at info@homkoko.com with the following details:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Products to be returned
  • Proof of purchase
  • Reason for return

Once your return is accepted, we will provide instructions for sending the item back. Please do not send any items without first initiating the return process, as they will not be accepted.

Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you within 72 hours regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method. Please be aware that your bank or credit card provider may take some time to reflect the refund.

For returns of items valued over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Please note, we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
